I have currently been dieting (as probably most mums are) and started a low-carb diet that I found from a magazine a little while ago.
I definitely noticed a difference but found it really hard to stick to, as all it offered really was meat and nuts. So when I heard about a low-carb pizza, I was all over it.
I found this recipe on Pop Sugar website and it was really easy to follow, although I do like to balls things up a bit. Take a look at my video for the recipe and to see how I got on.
